...to solemnize Marriage between "Tony Mihalovich" of "Bevier" in the County of "Macon" and State of "MO", who is "past" the age of eighteen years, and "Nellie Hague" of "Bevier" in the County of "Macon" and State of "Mo.", who is "under" the age of eighteen years.
"Wm Hague, father of Nellie Hague, assents to this marriage."

Notes:
It is unclear who did all of the writing on this document.
Certainly the lowest quarter was filled out by the Probate Judge of Macon County.
Certainly the names of Jay C. Wood and CLayton C. Wood were written by the same person, as the lettering and impression appear to be the same. It doesn't seem that either of the Woods wrote the actual text for the marriage.
Instead, based on the lettering/impression of the signatures, whoever wrote the Woods' names also made the corrections to the County and Town which were reversed when originally filled in.
This would imply that the Woods, or whoever signed their names, did not fill out the form.
With no other handwriting context, I would assume that the form was filled out either by Anton (most likely), Nellie, or Nellie's father William.
Regarding the spelling of Mihalovich: After Tony, the name would be spelled almost exclusively as "Me-" within this family.
