Deputy County Clerk October 1867-1872.
Was Township Collector in 1868, Justice of the Peace from 1869 to 1876.
City Clerk from 1870 to 1875.
"Now" Secretary of the Ogle Co. Agricultural Board.
Has been engaged in hardware business since Jan. 1, 1874.
Married Lucy M. Goodhue Jan. 7, 1874; she was born in Quincy.
Was voted to board of directors for the new public library in Oregon 12/3/1872 along with Albert Woodcock, E. L. Wells, G. C. T. Phelps, G. W. Hormell, J. E. Hitt, John Matmiller, and William W. Bennett. He was the committee on finance, with Miss Jenny Page and H.L. Woodburn.
